Pursala V. Sindhu is one of the most famous female athletes in India because she was the first Indian woman to win a silver medal in the Olympics, more precisely in Rio 2016.
Unlike other top players of badminton, Pursala did not stand out so much before being a senior, not having won any great title but since early began to show enough talent when it entered the world circuit.
She is still a fairly new player and so is believed to be one of the top 5 players in the world over the next few years.
